Our goal is to make locomotion therapy effective and affordable. To keep our products in line with ever higher quality requirements, we work with selected doctors and therapists in specialised centres. We design and make medical devices under ISO 13485.

Our products
LokoStation with the Elveta drive
The LokoStation is fully equipped for locomotion therapy with dynamic body-weight support. The Elveta electric drive lifts and unloads both suspension points at the same time.
LokoBasic – body-weight support system
The suspension device holds patients with various musculoskeletal impairments upright on a two-point suspension and so relieves their body weight. It comes with height-adjustable handrails and a wheelchair ramp; for locomotion therapy it is combined with a treadmill. The suspension is operated mechanically by rope winches or electrically by the Elveta drive. The relief – and therefore the load – can be changed during the exercise. LokoBasic was developed at customers’ request as an affordable system for locomotion therapy.
Gait trainer
It allows treadmill therapy even for severely impaired patients without manual support by a therapist – removing heavy physical strain and high staffing needs. Uphill walking is possible too, which encourages the hip extension needed for successful therapy. Active knee and hip extension and an active step together with postural training improve the outcome. The trainer is part of the LokoStation or LokoBasic systems and is easily removed from the treadmill.
